Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase using Royal Mail 1st class signed for or Royal Mail tracked 48 (uk orders) and Royal Mail international tracked for all orders overseas:

UK shipping -

1st Class Signed for £5.05, 2-3 working days 

Tracked 48 £2.85, 4-5 working days

Overseas shipping £14.95- £23.05

Europe 7-15 working days

International 20-30 working Days

Please be aware that your item may be held at customs for inspection, delaying the delivery time, and you may be charged a customs fee or import charge or similar.

Returns

We hope you love your mobile as much as we enjoy creating them! If you change your mind please contact sasha@thegreatgrandchild.co.uk where we can handle your request.

• Your item must be returned within 14 days of receipt

• We can only accept returns that are unused and in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, we recommend using either 1st class signed for or international tracked with the appropriate cover as we can not be held liable if your return goes missing.

• All refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt 

Damaged Mobiles 

Mobiles must always be suspended out of reach of children however we understand that sometimes accidents happen, we offer restringing at a fee of £10 plus postage, simply add to cart on the main page.
